9/41 Nos. 29 (Honeysuckle) and 30 (Sandway), (formerly 26-1-56 listed as West View and premises adjoining West View) GV II
Pair of Cottages. Late C18. Banded flint and stone walls, with brick quoins and dressings throughout. Thatch roof gabled at both ends. Brick stacks at left hand gable and party wall (both C18), and right hand gable, C20. 2 storeys. 6 windows (3 and 3), wooden casements with horizontal glazing-bars to no. 29. No.30 has 2-light cast-iron casements with lead lights. Front doors: no.29 door at centre right, with 2 recess panels and 2 top lights, wood porch. No.30, door at centre left, with 4 flush-panels and 2 upper lights. Plank hood porch, gabled over,late C19. Outshut at rear of no.30, under catslide thatch roof, C19. (RCHM Dorset I, p.116(8))
