Attached cottage, formerly part of farmhouse. Early C19. Plain tile roof with stone and concrete (right hand) gable-copings. Brick stack at each gable. Two storeys and attics. Three windows, three-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing-bars. Stone arch-voussoirs over. Wooden cills. Two dormers with three-light wooden casements. Front door at centre, plank with muntins.
Attached front wall, coursed rubble-stone with flat coping-stones. Square gate-piers at centre with flat top-blocks.
