Coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings and quoins, slate roof with raised coped verges and ashlar gable stacks. 2 storeys and 2 windows, all sashes, first floor blocked central window, plain stone architraves, central C20 door in plain surround. Interior: not inspected.
