Cottage; C17 altered. Timber frame, concealed by later painted brick and roughcast. Thatched roof, half hipped on right, carried down over lean-to on left. Central brick chimney. 2 storeys and-attic. Elevation to lane has modern glazed doors on left, small bay window, 3 light and 2 light casements. 3 2 light casements to first floor. Gable end has 2 light windows to 1st floor and attic. Garden elevation has door opposite chimney stack, modern 3 light casement on left, 2 light casement and door to right. 1 2 light leaded casement to 1st floor. Interior : Large stone chimney stack with inglenook in central room, heavy spine beans and exposed timber framing.
