Two houses and shop. Mid/late C17, extended to right in mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble: gabled concrete tile roof: ridge stack to left of stone finished in brick, and brick ridge stack to right of late C17 and mid C18 brick.

Two-unit lobby-entry plan, extended by two units to right in early C18. Two storeys: four-window ranges. Two-window range to left bias timber lintels over C20 door, central mid C19 panelled door, mid/late C19 sashes and C20 window. To right are timber lintels over late C19 panelled door and C20 casements. Three gabled roof dormers with C20 casements. Late C17/early C18 wing to rear left, of similar materials: outbuilding, former C18 weaving shed, with corrugated iron roof, is attached to rear.

Interior: heavy stop-chamfered beams. Rear wing has later chamfered beams and collar-truss roof.
