GV II
House. Circa late C18. Stone rubble. Slate hung above ground floor. Slate roof
with hipped ends.
Plan: Original plan uncertain, possibly 3 room and passage plan. Entrance to right
of centre and ground sloping down to right. Circa early C19 single storey service
range of probably 2 room plan to rear left.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Regular 4 window front, slate hung above the ground
floor. Entrance to right of centre with C19 panelled door and flat roof to open
porch, supported on painted probably timber columns. Two hornless 12-pane sashes to
left and similar sash to right. Four hornless 12-pane sashes on first floor. Two
gabled full dormers to attic with casements. Rear wing to left of single storey with
pointed 2-centred arched openings.
Interior: Right hand room with C19 panelling and chimney-piece.
