SOUTH PERROTT SOUTH PERROTT VILLAGE ST 4706 11.11.66 2/252 Rose Cottage, formerly listed with Church Room and Church Cottage GV II

Formerly 3 attached cottages, now one c Early C18. Rubble-stone walls. Roman-tile roof. 2 brick stacks, at ridge centre and inner right hand cottage. 2 storeys. 6 windows, 2 and 3-light C20 wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills. Except in original Rose Cottage (left hand end), C20 casements, no glazing-bars. Wooden lintels and cills. Front door, now on west gable end, plank with thin muntins, C20. Doorways onto road are blocked. Interior: centre room, formerly Reading Room open fireplace with re-pointed stone jambs, wood bressumer over, cambered with a big chamfer.
