In the entry for: WENSUM STREET 16/943 (east side) No 11 5.6.72 II The address shall be amended to read: WENSUM STREET (east side) Nos 11 and 13 The description shall be amended to read: Former use unknown, now shops and restaurant. C15 undercroft. C17,heightened in C18. Major C20 alterations. Rendered. Black pantile roof. 3 storeys, jettied at first floor. 2nd floor windows. 3 bay shopfront to the left-side with attached fluted columns supporting fascia. Central shopping arcade entry with casement window to side. Tall 2-storey shopfront at righthand side. Casement windows throughout. Flat modillion cornice. Beneath the street range of the building are the remains of a brick built undercroft, dated by comparison with others in the city to the C15. Two side chambers survive each with a four-centred profile; one extending beneath the street and the other in the north wall of the cellar. To the south of the former is a part of a blocked opening representing either another side chamber or a doorway.
