Farmhouse, now house. Early C17; right half remodelled and extended to rear in
early C19. Coursed limestone rubble, with squared and coursed stone to right;
gabled stone slate roofs; C17 ridge stack of stone finished in brick and early
C19 brick end stack to right. 4-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range to right has
stone lintels over early C19 six-panelled door with overlight and 6-pane and
8-pane sashes, including C20 horned sash to first floor on right. Range to left
of one storey and attic; 2-window range front has timber lintels over C17
three-light wood-mullioned window with iron opening light and C20 French
windows; C19 four-light half-dormer casements. Rear: similar early C19 sashes to
right, C19 outshut to left, C19 three-light leaded dormer casement, and C17
gabled 2-storey porch to centre with pointed arched chamfered doorway. Interior:
stone flag floors; early C19 panelled doors and shutters; stop-chamfered beams
to left; room to right of centre has C17 chamfered pointed-arched fireplace.
