GV II

House, now offices. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar with a pantile mansard. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 5-window range. Plinth, rusticated ground floor to drip mould, cornice and balustraded parapet, and a lower right-hand entrance block with side doorway. Paired windows have recessed aprons containing cast-iron ventilation panels, with small brackets on the ground floor and taller with keyed semicircular heads on the first; the doorway in the right return has deep consoles to an entablature, rectangular overlight and panelled door; a C20 matching block links to the Brunswick Chapel (qv). INTERIOR completely remodelled c1980.
