9/23 Unidentified monument in the churchyard about 2 metres south of G.V. chancel of Church of Holy Trinity

Chest tomb. Early C18. Limestone. Flat top with moulded edge on plinth; raised rectangular curtouche to east and west with egg and dart surround; south has raised circular cartouche with scallop shell surround, raised panel to each side with egg and dart surround; raised square cartouche to north with scallop shell surround, plain raised panel to each side. Plain corner pilasters, moulded base and moulded cornice broken forward over cartouches. In poor condition at time of survey (August 1984).
