Attached house. c1840. Stucco with limestone dressings, lateral stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 4-window range. Much altered front to the right return of Windsor Terrace has clasping pilasters, bands, cornice and parapet. Left-hand 3-storey extension to the front has rounded corners; left-of-centre 2-storey porch has a good rusticated surround to a semicircular-arched doorway with a batswing fanlight, paired timber pilasters and 6-panel door. To the right is a canted 3-storey bay with plate-glass sashes; tripartite windows over the door and in the 1-window left return with 6/6-pane sashes, and 6/6-pane sashes to the original house. INTERIOR not inspected.
