Pair of cottages. Probably later C18; altered. Coursed squared sandstone, composition tile roof. Double-depth plan, both formerly single-fronted with a through-lobby between (now incorporated into No.9). 2 low storeys, formerly 1+1 windows but now 2+1; doorways to the right with C20 wooden and glazed porches, No.9 with a set-in wooden doorcase and board door and No.11 with an altered door; 3-light casement windows on both floors; former lobby doorway to right of No.9 altered as fixed window, and a second 1st-floor window inserted above this. Ridge chimney, and gable chimney to left. Forms part of a group.
