GV II
House and shop. Late C18, with C19 alteration. Painted brick in Flemish bond, with moulded timber eaves cornice, and brick end stacks to pantile roof. 3-storey 3-window front. Passage entry to Chancery Lane at left end, beneath elliptical arch and moulded cornice. Shop front to right, with glazed shop door between plate glass windows in pilastered frames, over brick risers; plain fascia between heavy grooved and scrolled consoles supporting moulded mutule cornice. First floor windows are 12-pane sashes beneath painted flat arches, those on second floor unequal 9-pane sashes, all with painted stone sills.
