SP 9030 GREAT BRICKHILL STOKE LANE 9/37 No. 12 (Greenhouse farm) II

House. Lower range to left was originally C15 - early C16, now retaining the remains of 2 truncated cruck trusses and much altered. C20. Taller bay to right is late C16. Lower range has slight timber frame with colourwashed rendered infill, brick plinth and C20 tile roof. One storey and attic with attic windows only to rear. 3 bays, that to left probably an addition. C20 3-light barred wooden casements, C20 door between right hand windows. Taller bay has timber frame with herrinfbone brick infill, greensand plint, weather board below the eaves and C20 pantile roof. Repointed chimney of thin brick to lect of C20 2-light barred wooden casements to each main floor, similar smaller casements to left. 3-light attic casement in right gable which is roughtcast and whitewashed. Interior of right bay has chamfered spine beam with one end stopped above small wooden panel carved with stylised flower.
