Small warehouse. Late C18 or early C19. Hand-made brown brick in English garden wall bond, slate roof. Rectangular plan on corner site, gable to street. Three storeys; square-headed loading slot to left, bricked up at ground floor but with recessed wooden doorways at 1st and 2nd floor; doorway to right (altered), and segmental-headed window in centre with upper leaf of 16-pane sash; 2 segmental-headed windows at 1st floor with raised sills and arched heads, now furnished with 4-pane sashes; two 3-light windows at 2nd floor with raised sills and flat-arched heads. Four-window left return wall with similar windows (doorway in 3rd opening at ground floor apparently replacing window). Interior not inspected. Included as little-altered example of early small-scale warehouse.
