Bowling club pavilion. c1900. Timber with weatherboarding on rock-faced stone plinth, with cast-iron verandah arcade; roof of synthetic tiles with terracotta ridge and finials and half-timbered gablets. Symmetrical, and identical east and west elevations and north and south elevations. One storey; 2 windows. Cast-iron piers have banded lower sections and narrower rope-moulded section above, supporting panelled section from which delicate scrolled quadrants with ornate edges rise to support eaves, and at corners on return eaves. 3 steps up between inner piers to verandah, and panelled door with blocked narrow overlight. Framed flanking hatches or windows have pairs of plain shutters; hinged flaps between shutters and angle of building. Hipped roof has half-timbered gablet above steps, with terracotta finial. Similar finials to roll-moulded ridge raised on end gablets. INTERIOR: not inspected.
