Garden House and alcove seat
immediately north at Rectory

Small summer house or gazebo, and alcove seat. Early C18. Flemish bond brickwork with burnt headers and plain tiled roof. 2-storeyed, a single bay with coped gable containing 6-panelled doorway with pedimented head, dated MCMIV, to record the restoration of the building. Sash window above the doorway, with segmentally arched brick head, and a crest in the apex of the gable, above a string course. Stack on side of roof, and external staircase to west, giving access to upper storey. Situated behind the garden house an alcove seat overlooking the River Severn, red brick, plastered inside, hemispherical segmental dome with tile cladding and wide segmental arch at front.
