GV II
Gates, gatepiers and garden wall. Early C19. Ashlar with iron
and timber gates. Octagonal gatepiers have Greek key friezes
and pedimented caps with later lanterns and paired iron gates;
to left a short wall adjoining lodge (q.v.) has door with
richly moulded panel. Wall to right, stretching approx. 328m
south along Wood Road, has plain rounded coping, gatepiers and
paired board gates near southern end.
