GV II
Public House. Late C18. Roughcast and colourwashed timber-frame on brick plinth. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys; 3-window front. Three 8/8 sashes to west front with an early C20 half-glazed door between the right-hand pair. First floor with three 4/4 sashes of C18 origins and a further 2/2 sash over door. Gabled roof. External stack to north gable end, and a ridge stack south of centre. South gable now with a C20 semi-circular one-storey extension under a pyramid roof. INTERIOR. Ridge stack is intact. Boxed bridging beams cut off and supported on steel piers indicating position of removed walls on ground floor.
