GV II
House. Early C19 and later addition. Stuccoed brick; hipped slate roofs with stucco stacks. 2 storeys; 7-window range with later cross wing to left. Windows have 12-pane sashes, those flanking entrance to right of cross wing have anthemion friezes to heads; cross wing has 4-pane sashes, casement to right. Round-headed entrance has pediment on slender columns and fanlight with decorative glazing bars over 6-fielded-panelled door. Return has 2 large canted bays with cornices. INTERIOR has hall with marble fireplace and plain stair.
