The first- and second-floor windows are grouped in vertical pairs in recessed panels under an elliptical arch of gauged brick, the windows themselves being flat-arched with sill bands and lintel bands of sandstone, and divided in two by sandstone mullions; decorative panels, probably of terracotta, between the first and second floors.
