Public House. 1870's. Rockfaced stone with ashlar dressings, slate roof, curved facade of 3 storeys and 6 bays; end bays and 4th bay break forward. Ground floor window paired with granite shafts; 5th bay has tripartite window. Pointed arched entrances to end bays have shallow gables; 4th-bay entrance has hood mould, now window. 1st floor has straight headed window with round relieving arches; tympana contain carved heads. 4th bay has tripartite window with lettering over reading "PRINCE OF WALES/HOTEL". End bays have pointed arched niches containing statues of the Prince and Princess of Wales. 2nd floor has segmental headed window; 4th bay has paired pointed window with arcaded corbelling and pavilion roof with iron cresting above. End bays have gables with niches. 3 stone stacks.
