House, later the Lewes Infirmary and Dispensary, now offices. 1770, extended along Friars Walk in a similar style during the mid C20, Stone-clad ground-floor with yellow brick above. Rendered rusticated quoins, bands and window dressings. Rendered cornice hiding roof. 3 storeys. 3 window front, glazing bar sashes in moulded surrounds. Arched window to ground floor. Doubled panelled doors at angel on lefthand corner, with moulded surround and hood over and large decorative bracket supporting corner of building above. Central half-glazed door in arched surround with tall latticed transom-light over. Left return front: 6 windows with back-to-back rusticated quoins in centre, the left-hand part mid-C20 extension. Included for group value.
