FINEDDN REGENT STREET SP9171 (South side) 7/42 No.7 (Whitsundale Farmhouse) 09/06/70 (Formerly listed as No.1 (Whitsundale Farmhouse)) - II Farmhouse, now house. Probably early C17 altered C18. Squared coursed and banded limestone and ironstone with thatch and pantile roofs, 4-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic, 5-window range with blank centre opening. Central C19 part-glazed door with gabled hood. C19 French doors to far right. Sash windows with glazing bars under stone lintels with keyblocks. One 3-light casement to first floor far left has moulded stone surround. Fire window to ground floor left. Ashlar gable parapets and brick and stone stacks at ridge and end. Left gable has large chimney projection. Right gable has sash window under wood lintel and attic window with moulded stone surround. Rear elevation has projecting wing to left with casement window in moulded stone surround and sash window above. Thatch pyramid roof. Lean-to extension to far left has pantile roof. Interior not inspected.
