House now pair of shops. C16 and C17 with early C19 refronting, altered. Some timber-framing inside rendered cladding. Concealed plain tile roof. Early plan form confused, but probably a C16 range parallel to street with C17 additions to rear, the whole refronted and re-roofed; C20 additions to rear of number 122 and 124 not of special interest.

High Street elevation: three storeys, three bays. C20 shop fronts, not of special interest. On first floor three C20 small-pane three-light casement windows and a projecting clock. On second floor unequally hung twelve-pane sashes to bays one and two; late C20 small-pane window to bay three. Parapet with stone coping. Stacks at left end and between right-hand bays.

Interior: members of timber frame exposed, including posts of rear wing ( in no 122 and 124) arched wind-brace (in No 120) in front range, a jowled post in rear wall (in No 122 and 124), large scantling chamfered cross-beams with lambs tongue stops (in both properties), arched braces in left-hand wall on first floor, and tie with queen posts (in No 122 and 124).
