II

Former Farm House now divided. C16 with C19 extensions. Timber framed, clad in sandstone rubble and red brick below, club tile hanging above. Sandstone block extension to left, timber framed above with roughcast pebbledash infill. Plain tiled roof hipped with gablet to right. Two storeys on left wing, single storey and attic to centre and right. Inserted stack to right of centre and to right end. Side stack to left on wing. One gabled small leaded dormer to centre/left and through-eaves gable to right. Pentice across ground floor left. Bay windows to ground floor left of centre and to right. Door to right (No. 1) under pentice with brace support. Further door to centre right to base of stack in gabled trellis porch under "Tudor" style head. (No. 2). Moulded bressumer over ground floor to wing, tension bracing and buttress to ground floor. One leaded first floor window in end and one ground floor window in return wall. Left hand return front - tile hung over sandstone rubble ground floor. Rear - tile hung with gabled dormer, blocked door to left. Interior:- ceiling frame to ground floor of No. 1, some wall frames exposed.
