The list description should be amended to read:-
House. C17 with C20 extension to left. Timber framed on brick plinth with colour-washed roughcast cladding to front, cement render to rear. Plain tiled half-hipped roof. Centre chimney, lobby entry plan. Two storeys and attic with corbelled and decorated ridge-stack. Two flat roofed,dormers to front, gabled weatherboarded dormers to rear. Three windows on first and ground floor, the latter 4-light. Part glazed door under lead tent porch roof on trellis work posts. Lower C20 extension to left. Plat band across rear.
Interior:- Ceiling joists exposed with chamfered spine beam and lambs-tongue stops to common joists.
