House. Mid C18., extended to right in C20. Red brick with hipped plain tiled roof. L-shaped plan, main front to north facing the stream. Two storeys with stone coped parapet partly obscuring the roof. Entrance front to south: projecting wing to right hand end. Front stack to left and stack in angle of roofs to right. Twelve-pane glazing bar sash windows under gauged brick heads, two on the first floor left and one on the end of wing. Similar pattern below. Panelled door to right in re-entrant angle with wing under traceried fan light. Further door to right end in C20 single storey brick extension with two windows.
