Pair of houses. C18, altered C19 and C20, with older origins. Coursed squared ironstone, slate and pantile roofs, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-unit plans. 2-storey, 5-window range. Recessed 4-panel, part- glazed doors to left and right of centre with overlights and brick round- arched heads, approached by 5 stone steps. 2-light casement windows to ground floor far right and far left, 3-light casement to ground floor right of centre and two small 2-light windows to ground floor left of centre, one above the other, the upper one leaded and all with segmental-arched brick heads. Irregular glazing to 1st floor of sash windows with wood lintels. Chamfered plinth to right half only and quoins. Roof has been raised and eaves built up in brick with stepped brick eaves cornice. Interior: chamfered spine beams.
