3/73 Mellersh Farm House
GV II
House. C17, refaced in C18 and extended in C19. Timber framed, clad in coursed Bargate stone with brick dressings, some blue brick cladding to sides. Hipped plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with central ridge stack and stacks to rear. Brick angle quoins and dentilled eaves to front. Regular facade with metal casement fenestration of two windows on the first floor flanking central blocked panel, two windows to ground floor under cambered heads. Central door under cambered head in open, gabled, half-timbered porch with ridge cresting.
Right hand return front: Former entrance front with recessed centre under hipped roof, projecting ends. Metal casement fenestration with two windows on centre of first floor and one window to right.
Left hand return front: Pentice roof, framed extension and projecting brick porch.
