II Former farmhouse. Dated 1745, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish garden wall bond with some flared headers, plain tile roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. 6-panel door to right of centre with segmental-arched head approached by 3 steps. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with segmental-arched heads and 3 hipped dormers with 2-light casements, each with 6 small wright rectangular panes. Some old Crown glass. Limestone datestone above door inscribed JM/1745. Ironstone plinth with brick coping and brick-coped gables.
