House. Late C18/early C19, raised C19 and altered C20. Red brick in English garden wall bond, pantile roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan; 2-storey, 2-window range. C20 door to left of centre with wood lintel. 2-light sliding casement windows with chamfered brick sills to ground floor either side of door, 3-light window to ground floor far right with central sliding light, all with segmental-arched heads. Similar 2- light windows to 1st floor with wood lintels. Lower part of wall below ground floor windows to right of door is of coursed ironstone rubble. Change in brickwork marking raising at level of sills of 1st floor windows. Stepped brick eaves. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
