House. Dated 1773, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond, slate roof,
brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window
range. C20 door to right of centre with segmental-arched head. 3-light
casement windows to ground floor with similar heads. 2-light casements to
1st floor with wood lintels. Storey band and stepped brick eaves with
projecting headers to middle course. Painted datestone above door inscribed
F.A./1773.
Interior: noted as having chamfered spine beams.
