Hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys, three framed bays to right with one bay extension to left. Square stack to rear left on extension. Arched bracing to first floor, three casement windows, that to left larger. Three casements to ground floor irregularly placed. Right hand return front: jettied first floor with whitewashed rendered cladding. Gabled and weatherboard clad extension to right, catslide to rear left.
