WEST FELTON C.P. WOOLSTON ROAD (north side) SJ 32 NW 7/91 Sundial and steps approx. 20m south of nave of Church of St. Michael GV II Sundial. 1700 with pedestal of 1748. Sandstone. Short column with entasis; moulded cap. Brass plate and gnomon missing at time of resurvey (May 1986). Base of 2 circular steps, possibly originally the base of a medieval churchyard cross. Initials "JBR" and "JBS" said to be on pedestal, for John Bassnet of Rednal and John Bassnet of Sandford, Churchwardens, illegible at time of resurvey. D.H.S. Cranage, The Churches of Shropshire, Part 9 (1908) p. 787.
