House. Circa 1800. Doulting rubble, dressed quoins, coped verges, plain tile roof, brick end stacks. Rectangular on plan, symmetrical facade. 3-storeys, 3-bays, sash windows with glazing bars in plain stone surrounds. Central door opening, dressed block surround, slab dripmould over, C20 glazed door. C20 outshut of one storey, 2-bays to left side, further outshut with catslide to rear. (Marked on OS map as Newhouse Fare).
