3 tombstones:- ...... Wells 1760, John Wells of St. Margaret Gent 1740, Thomas Meadows 1748. White freestone. A little more than one metre tall, the first two are of similar pattern with an ornate baroque carved panel topping the inscribed plain slab. Particularly fine letter-cutting to John Wells' slab. This has overlapping assymetrical winged cherubs' heads looking inwards above acanthus sprays within a vigorously carved frame of scrolls and counter-scrolls. The 1760 slab is similar but the 2 cherubs' heads are symmetrical and facing outwards. The Meadows slab is simpler with a narrow carved panel at the head. This has a cherub's head in a lunette with scrolls'to each end.
