GV II
Pair of cottages. 1765 on datestone; C19 extension and C20 modernisation. Dressed sandstone to front; rendered extensions to rear; pantile roof with rebuilt brick stacks. 2-storey, 4-window front. Present entrances in extensions to rear. 2 unequal 12-pane sashes to each end of ground floor and four 2-light, small-pane casements in corresponding positions to first floor. Renewed sills and tripartite keyed lintels to all windows. Datestone to centre of first floor inscribed:
MK 1765
Coped gables and kneelers. End and left of centre stacks. Included for group value.
