- II
House. Late C17, C19 brick front, rear lean-to and division to 2 houses, S bay C20. Timber frame on stuccoed sill, roughcast with red brick front and steep old red tile roof, with slated 2-storeys part rear lean-to. A 2-cells, 2 storeys and attic, end chimneys plan house facing E, with matching added S part. Its plot was probably an encroachment on the common. Large external N gable chimney with one flue and enlarged base. Before the S extension with a casement window to each floor the front was symmetrical with a flush casement 3-light window on each side of the porch on each floor. Twin 2-panel flush doors in single ornate lean-to tiled porch with brackets and glazed arcading. Early C20 rectangular wooden bay window inserted to RH of porch. Casements to attic and small windows in N gable end facing common.
