2. 1778-1780. (Building leased in 1778 to Roger West Brown). Coursed rubble, free- stone window dressings, chamfered quoins, moulded cornice, ashlar parapet with coping, plain tile roof with 2 dormers. 2 storeys, 3 windows with raised and beaded surrounds, outer windows Venetian with keyed round headed centre lights, sashes with glazing bars. Central architrave door opening with serpentine pediment on brackets enclosing an urn. Panelled door. Good symmetrical front. Interior: original staircase with turned balusters and bracketted string, last step has curved rail.
