House, early C19. Coursed herringbone-tooled and margined sandstone; pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings and kneelers, rendered stacks. Two storeys, attic and basement, two bays. Flight of seven steps, with wrought iron handrail wreathed above curtail, to off-centre top glazed six-panel door with radial fanlight. Segment-headed lattice porch with lead tops. Flanking sixteen-pane sashes on both floors, with projecting sills. Glazed basement door and twelve-pane sash to right of steps. Two stone attic dormers with segmental-pedimented heads and six-pane sashes. Big curved kneelers. End chimneys. Wrought iron area railings join garden wall (q.v.).
