Farmhouse and attached garden wall and gate piers. Late C18 house with
early C19 extension and later alteration. Late C18 wall and gate piers.
House of red brick in English garden wall bond with blue pantile roof.
Garden wall of red brick in English garden wall bond with chamfered quoins
and flat sandstone coping. Gate piers sandstone ashlar. Central-entry plan
with rear service wing added. 2-storey, 3-window front. 6-panel door
beneath divided overlight with 8-pane sash at left, and 16-pane sash at
right. Small-pane casements to right and centre of first floor, and 2-
light, small-pane horizontal-sliding sash to left. Ground-floor windows
have painted stone sills. Segment-arched openings are unaltered. Cogged
brick eaves course. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks. Left
return: 16-pane sash on ground floor. Wing: 2-storey, 2-window front. 6-
panel door at right, with 16-pane sash at left and 4-pane sash at far left.
16-pane sash and 9-pane fixed light on first floor. All openings are
segment-arched. Coped gable and shaped kneeler at left end. End and left-
of-centre stacks. Garden wall and gate piers: wall ramped up on each side
of panelled gate piers with moulded cornice caps.
