Farmhouse and post office. Late C17 - early C18, with C18 extension and early C19 barn. Squared sandy limestone with pantile roof to house; dressed sandstone with slate roof to barn. Stone and brick stacks. Low 2-storey, single-window range with single-storey outbuilding to left; 2-storey, single-window extension to right, and 2-storey barn further to right. 4- panel door to low 2-storey range with 2-light, 24-pane horizontal-sliding sash to left; similar 12-pane window to first floor, all with heavy plain lintels. 2-light casement to outbuilding. 12-pane sash with tripartite keyed lintel to ground floor of tall 2-storey front with 2-light, 12-pane horizontal sliding sash to first floor. Coped gables, shaped kneelers and end right stack. Centre stack to low 2-storey range. Stable door with timber lintel to barn. Interior: boxed stairs to left of door. Doors from hall have H-L hinges.
