II
Early C19. A symmetrical classical facade (east), having simple 'Grecian' details. Central block of 2 storeys and attic, with set back tall wings on each side of one storey. Hipped tile roof to the centre (above an older core), with 2 flat-roofed dormers; hipped slate roof to the north wing (flat to the south). Stucco walling with parapet, having a coping, stepped fascias above and below a plain cornice moulding, plinth. Sashes in reveals; the centre has ground-floor rectangular bays with a blocking course above a moulded cornice, the wings have large 3-light windows within a frame projected on brackets and supporting a plain pediment. The solid porch has a blocking course, a pediment, plain frieze and plain pilasters. There is a small doorway with simple cornice, at the south side of the east wing. Set back at some distance at the east side is a single-storeyed stable range, of 5 arched openings, the centre altered to provide a modern porch, slate roof.
