House. c1425 with extensive later additions and alterations. Roughcast magnesian limestone rubble, stone slate roof with pantiles to rear, rendered brick stacks. Outshut to rear and C20 porch of no particular interest. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. Central entrance with double chamfered pointed surround. C19 door. C19 mullion and transom windows throughout, those to ground floor with 4 and 3 lights, those to first floor with 2 lights. Raking dormer window with Yorkshire sash. Stone kneelers and coping. End stacks. Interior: has C19 panelling to ground floor room to left and some to stairwell. Crown post roof with collar purlin and 2 strutted side purlins all of which are wind braced. B.
