Farmhouse. c1840. Brick, partly roughcast to sides and rear; shallow-pitched two-span slate roof, gable-end parapets with kneelers and ashlar coping, and end stacks. Two storeys with dentilled eaves cornice. Four bays; windows have wedge lintels with moulded "keyblocks" and are all 12-pane sashes.
