TA0929SW ALBION STREET 680-1/17/2 (North side) 13/10/52 No.18 and attached railings (Formerly Listed as: ALBION STREET No.18)
GV II
House, now salon and office, and attached railing. 1790, with mid C19 alterations. Brick with rendered basement and painted ashlar dressings, with slate roof with single gable stack. Ground-floor sill band, dentillated wooden eaves. 3 storeys plus basement; 2-window range. Windows are plain sashes, those to ground floor and first floor with multi keystone lintels, those to the second floor smaller. Ground floor has to right a wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and dentillated pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight. Outside, plain wrought-iron railing to area and steps.
