House. Early C19. Stucco, probably over limestone rubble.
Painted stone plinth, doorcase, cornice and parapet coping;
unpainted stone sills and copings to gable ends. Double-pitch
slate roof, crested ridge tiles, gable stacks removed.
Double-depth central-stair plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window range. Doorcase with pediment over panelled pilasters
and reveals. 6-panel door; upper 4 glazed, lower 2 with added
moulding; under a wooden fanlight. All windows fine 8/8-pane
sashes. 4 tie bars with circular plates below cornice, and 2
either side of the door. Double-pitch roofs; early C19 lead
hopperhead to right return.
INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached forecourt railings on Ham Hill
stone plinth; long/short railings with spearheads to each
rail.
