Shop with dwelling. Late C18, altered early and late C19. Stucco with stone cills, painted stone cornice, double Roman tile roof with lateral brick stack to rear. L-shaped plan with rear wing. 2 storeys; 3-window range. First-floor windows have slightly cambered arches to 6/2-pane sashes. The late C19 shopfront has a pair of green glazed brick pilasters with moulded tops to each side flanking C20 doors with large overlights, that to the right is an entrance to the upper floor and rear. INTERIOR: rear wing, with a steep-pitched roof, possibly older, remodelled early C19, has an open-string staircase with stick balusters and mahogany rail.
